Submit Your Info To Be A Dealer
If you are interested in being a dealer at a North Texas Comic Book Shows event then the following information is required:
Your name and contact info including phone number.
Number of tables that you are requesting at the event.
Items that you will be selling.
State tax id.
If there is space available and we can accept your reservation you will be invoiced by PayPal. See floor layout below. Submit two booth choices as we will be updating layout map weekly and spaces may have been taken.
Dealer rates vary according to length of show. Table rates for February are (+$20 late registration surcharge after December 15th):
$200 for artist alley table, 8 foot (limited).
$275 for an 8 x 10 booth, includes one 8 foot table w/ approximately 5 feet of backspace.
Corner and end caps may be available. $300/booth (2 required for complete end cap) and $350/booth (2 required for complete end cap) depending on location. End cap booths are 8 x 8.
Electricity is $130 extra. Ask. You will deal directly with the convention center.
The convention center charges for parking. We will have discounted parking available for purchase.
