10 am - Doors open to the general public. Line passes are NOT needed at this point.
11 am - 1st panel of the day with Jim Shooter! Panels will be at the back of the hall in bleachers area.
Comic Book Writing – Former Marvel Editor in Chief Jim Shooter tells you what you need to know to create and write comics stories. Using slides and examples, Jim explains how to get an idea, the art and architecture of stories, how to write well and successfully, and more—revealing fundamentals of the craft that will help you bring your creations to life. Essential knowledge for artists as well as writers.
12 pm - Panel with artist Dan Fraga
Free Flow Drawing System - Dan discusses the hurdles of self doubt and how to overcome them to move on as a better artist.
1 pm - Cosplay Construction Panel with Kevin Lewis and MCubed Cosplay.
If you are a local Cosplayer then you have probably seen some of the work by Kevin & MCubed. This panel will focus on some of the ideas and techniques that they have developed. This information may save you time, aggravation, and help you to reach new heights as a Cosplayer.
2 pm - Cosplay contest hosted by Jacob Long and Jason the X. All ages welcome.
If you are a cosplayer then don't miss the opportunity to compete for fun and prizes. Kid's division too! Top prize $100 with two $50 alternate prizes. Sign up at the front ticket registration area.
3:30 pm - Secret Wars panel with Jim Shooter, Mike Zeck, and John Beatty.
General overview of the Secret Wars series and fan questions finally answered.
6 pm - Show closes for the day.
7:30 pm dinner with Gigi Edgley for 15 lucky people.
7:30 pm - Fan experience dinner with artists and writers from the show. Limted to 5 fans.

Comic Book Storytelling – Former Marvel Editor in Chief Jim Shooter explains the principles of visual storytelling. Using a slide presentation of Jack Kirby’s work on Captain America, Jim walks you through the cinematography of the graphic story and shows you how to make compelling images that deliver your story with power and precision. Essential knowledge for writers as well as artists.
1 pm - Special panel presentation, Two Jims, or Two Gems
Jim Shooter interviews Jim Starlin about his career.
2 pm - Filmmaker Christopher Mihm panel.
A discussion with Mr. Mihm about his past, current, and future filmmaking endeavors.
